Hi, I'm Ranie.

I am an award winning "Swexican" (Swedish & Mexican) photographer based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

Landscapes, portraits and capturing special moments is my thing. As you can see from my gallery I like playing with light, be it natural or artificial, I also enjoy colors, black and white and every once in a while you might find me taking photographs with vintage lenses for an extra little special character.

I am used to running around looking for that special moment, having worked covering concerts, political campaigns, corporate events and other demanding documentary events has teached me how to identify the moment and if you add that to unlimited creativity and imagination, the possibilities are endless.

I am based in Playa del Carmen but my camera bag loves hopping on a plane with me so we can travel anywhere. Send me a message for booking and calendar information.
